PLEASE NOTE
Viola Lane Boutique does not offer any sort of price adjustments on orders after they have been placed.
Viola Lane Boutique cannot make any changes to the contents of your order once it has been placed. In some cases (not guaranteed) we can cancel the order or remove an item as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Customers then can place another order with the correct size or color.

Returns will be available for a Store Credit within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Return shipping is at the customers expense. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your shipment. A credit will be issued via email/or online account for the price the items were purchased at minus the shipping fee. Original shipping cost will not be included in the credit.
Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Please return shoes in another box or shipping bag to avoid shoe box damage. DO NOT tape on the original shoe box. Shoes returned that do not follow our return policy will be subject to a $7.95 fee.
All items that are FINAL SALE, smell of cigarette smoke, laundry detergent, or have visible wear from being worn will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense. All returns are subject to denial or a $7.95 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
**All sale items and items purchased at a discount or during a promotion are FINAL SALE.**

Original tags must still be attached.
Free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, and/or other stains or smells.
**If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and these items will be shipped back at the customers expense.**
All returns are subject to denial or a $7.95 restocking fee if they do not meet our return policy.
:: REFUND PROCESSING TIME ::
When your package arrives at Viola Lane Boutique it can take up to 7 Business Days to process. We do not receive returns on weekends or holidays. Once we process your return, we will issue your store credit to your email/or online account. When you go to make your next purchase, your store credit will automatically be applied. :: DAMAGED ITEMS or INCORRECT MERCHANDISE ::
If you believed you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or that we have shipped you the incorrect packages, please contact us with 3 days of receiving the package to resolve the issue immediately.
