Viola Lane Boutique does not hold responsibility for shipping and delivery to PO Boxes. Please note return policies apply from the date the tracking number is marked as delivered to a PO Box address even if the package has not yet been physically picked up by the recipient.
ORDER TIME FRAME
Please be kind and considerate of shipping times. Each item depending on where your order is shipped from could vary. In-Stock/in-house items are running anywhere from 1-3 BUSINESS Days to ship out of our boutique. It could take up to an additional 5 business days for an order depending on your location. During a promotional sale orders could take up to 3-6 business days for your order to leave the boutique. If you are placing an order that will directly shipped from our manufactures these time frame may vary.
Please note that delivery times DO NOT include Saturday, Sundays, or Holidays or CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.
WEEKENDS
WE (normally) DO NOT ship out on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.
LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE.**
If you give us an incorrect address you are responsible for contacting the appropriate shipping carrier to provide them with a correct address or to redirect your package. The customer will be responsible for all additional costs to have package redirected to new address.
It is the customer’s responsibility if you incorrectly enter it on your order OR if you move before your package is mailed.
In the event, that your package is lost due to incorrect address you, the customer, are responsible for filing a missing item report. Viola Lane Boutique is not responsible, so make sure to include the correct address!!!
All buyers must input accurate shipping information in order placement. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address. Any return shipping fees resulting from incorrect address will not be refunded. Any additional shipping fees due to incorrect address will be the buyer’s responsibility.- We are not responsible for any items and packages lost during transit nor for packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier.- Please note actual delivery time are subject to courier service and weather conditions.- We do not officially support shipping to any other country than the US just yet but plan to offer international shipping in the near future.
